I learned this standard the hard way. In Swiss banking, I watched too many high-performing men win in business but lose in their bodies. They had status, income, and networks… but no energy, no sex drive, and no confidence when the shirt came off. 

I lived that disconnect myself, running a career at full speed while quietly watching my health slip away. I hated the hypocrisy of being “on top” in one arena and a shadow of myself in another.

In banking, I mastered reading data, finding the invisible leaks, and allocating resources for maximum ROI. I applied that same lens to the human body, initially on my own, then to clients.

When the plan is built from blood work, metabolism, and biomechanics, everything you touch from business, relationships and legacy scales with it.

This is the standard we hold. This is what it means to be a Six Pack CEO.

We're known as coaches who don't let clients off the hook. Men who are successful are good at sales, and that often means they are good at buying their own commercials of why they can't do something.

We break through that and double down until we break through every single barrier.

Core Value 2 - Extra Mile

Average coaches deliver check-ins. Elite coaches transform lives. The extra mile isn’t some fluffy phrase, it's a strategy.  The extra mile is where trust is built. Loyalty is earned. Referrals are created. We do what other coaches won’t, so our clients become what other men can’t.

Core Value 3 - Resourceful

We don’t stop when we hit the limit of what we know. The best coaches aren’t walking encyclopedias, they're solution engines. We may not know, but we ALWAYS CAN. “I can’t” does not exist in our vocabulary.

Anyone can check a box. You’re not here for boxes. You’re here to break cycles and set a new standard. That means you continue when others stop. If your goal is 10k steps, you walk 10’500 steps. You get in one more rep with your workouts. You push a little bit more every day.

The extra mile is lonely but that’s where legends are built.

When something isn’t working, you don’t go quiet, you get loud. You don’t freeze, you move.
