Dr. Joey is a 2017 graduate of Temple University where he obtained his Bachelor's of Science degree in kinesiology with a concentration exercise & sport science and minor in spanish while studying under Dr. Mike Israetel and Dr. James Hoffmann of RenaissancePeriodization.
While there, Joseph worked with Temple's D1 athletes across a variety of sports in strength and conditioning and obtained the title of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). After graduating from Temple, he then graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic as a doctor of chiropractic.
He’s now embarked on a journey to mastery of blood work & functional medicine.
Since a young age, training and nutrition have been big areas of interest for him, with his lifestyle revolving around ways to support and attain his goals in powerlifting and bodybuilding.
In his free time, he enjoys going to the beach, reading to continue learning and improving, and hiking in National Parks.
